We are a partner school with several local Universities and Teacher training providers. We offer placements for a variety of routes into teaching, with enhanced facilities, to enable quality training for entrants into this profession.

As a successful school with many years involvement in training teachers, we can provide high quality professional development and adult learning experiences.

We work with a variety of training providers. Currently we are working with: Sheffield Hallam University, The University of York, York St John and Doncaster Local Authority.

We also have international links with Georgia Southern University in Georgia, USA. Other partners include a five strong Primary Pyramid and several local Secondary Schools.

We are also working closely with government organisations in the development of teacher training provision within this region.
