Life Skills Lessons: In Life Skills lessons students cover a range of topics designed to help them in various aspects of life, from how to get the job they want, to managing their money, to working as part of a team and much more.
Throughout this course students are given opportunities to build confidence and learn the importance of working well with others as well as independently.

Life Skills aims to give students an advantage when seeking employment and to help them acquire the knowledge and skills essential for success after school; whether they go on to A Levels, vocational courses at college, an apprenticeship or straight into a career.

Qualifications: Students who study Life Skills will achieve a Btec Certificate (equivalent of 1 GCSE) in Workskills. They will also have the opportunity to do the extended certificate (equivalent of 2 GCSEs) depending on the quantity of work completed.
